Well for all those that want to compile. Why not take a look at Shuffle2's Rockbox git repo. He has the instructions on how to compile right there. They've been there since he put out the first build of Rockbox PSGroove

An update for the Iriver H10 5/6GB. It's a bit messed up but I finally got it to work... sort of... and the timing is very screwed up. For the H10, you have to wait quite a while before it functions right. Apparently, it causes freezing from 0-5 minutes. Then from 5-5:45 it boots normally as if nothing was plugged in so no exploit. At 5:45+ it seems to work. In other words, turn on the H10 and wait about 6 minutes before trying to use it on the PS3.

Edit: Nevermind, apparently waiting 6+ minutes only works a few times before it's a new kind of screwed up. Instead of exploiting the console, it now starts normally (not exploited) with an unknown usb device message repeatedly flashing in the corner. Also, when it did work those few times, the snes emulator wouldn't work (crashed my console twice and forced a restart). But the emulator works fine with my 360 nand flasher.

Can someone explain me how to update games? i use hermes v3 with fix or v4

I downloaded the updates via PC and then i used install package from USB .... -> leads to an error. 8xxx56 i tried several updates by the way.

Fight Night Round 4, Wipeout, PES 2011 ... every time the same error.

FW 3.41 Jailbreak with Ipod mini 1G Hermes v4 also tried v3 with fix 2

same error.

What I am doing wrong ?

Try Hermes v4b.

well, i start ps3 with JB, i copy the update on usb stick and just start it with "install package" and then there comes the error.

i am doing right ?? I will try Hermes v4b if it is compiled to mini 1G

but thanks for the answers so far....

i thought i have to get crazy, because i read that this is all i've to do.. and i didn't worked for me till now.
