I think the android one might come out even sooner than iPhone. On the xda forum they're working on it like crazy..which is a shame because my android phone broke a few days ago and now I only have my iPhone!

I might hold off buying a board to use...might wait a couple more days see what happens. Otherwise I'm buying as many boards as I can afford and reselling them locally for the same price I got them for, to save everybody else the hassle!

I was browsing around musclenerd's twitter page and came across his latest tweet which shows us a video of an iphone sending commands to an pc through usb. Which means that it might be possible to run the the psgroove using the iphone.

Video: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YyyHRPNahOQ"]YouTube - Backporting PS3 psgroove AVR fun to iPhone[/ame]
Stay tuned and keep an watch on musclenerd's twitter. (http://twitter.com/MuscleNerd)

    Check out MuscleNerd's Twitter:

    Code:
    twitter.com/musclenerd
He's got a video of an iDevice pushing data though the USB port:

    Code:
    http://is.gd/eW0o0
I think that an iDevice port is not far off. Just make sure we don't waste his time by asking silly questions, like "Will it work for X-device?" or "Can I see another video?"...lol

it might be possible currently musclenerd is working on port of psgroove for the iphone (http://psx-scene.com/forums/showthre...ewpost&t=65375 (Psgroove port to the iphone possible)) but you should definetely tweet him. If he has spare time he might make a port to ipod4g aswell

Excellent I have 2 iPhone1s and an iPod 5g. Plus 2 PSPs. A port to anyone of these would be grand of course

Thanks for this info. I was hedging my bets on a PSP port, but I have 2 iPhone1s as well so all is good :P
