Hey xbox1,
I've ordered myself what is supposedly a "PICkit 2 clone" from a local distributor and I should have it by sometime this week. The seller has a set of instructions up on his website and basically just uses the standard PICkit 2 flashing software (found on Microchip's website) and flashes it with the PSgrooPIC 1.5-Hermes (20Mhz) hex files.
Now seeing as your device appears to be very similar, I think the same method would apply.
