Hi, I'm new to this PS3 jailbreaking and I've been trying to use psfMod recovery image to jailbreak my PS3. I was actually successful but I ran into an issue:

After flashing the recovery image with fastboot, I noticed that there's a PS3 Freedom option which I can choose. This works fine. However, when I reboot the phone and go back to recovery mode, I noticed the option is gone. Everytime I want to jailbreak the ps3, I have to reflash my NexusOne.

I noticed that the instructions say I have to have a NexusOne with S-OFF. Currently my bootloader says "S-ON". Is that the cause of the option dissappearing? If so, is there a way to switch it to S-OFF. I looked around for a solution but couldn't seem to find one.

Secondly, I noticed there are so many different payloads. Is there a way to use psfMod with the different payloads? Are they compatible?

Currently I have a PS3 with 3.15 firmware. Will all payloads work with 3.15?

    Thanks,
    Croyd

Check xda-developers I learned everything I know about my G1 there. You could also try cianogenmod.com they are very helpful with the Nexus and G1.

You will want to go with a PL3 payload AFAIK that is the only one that supports pre 3.41.
