I have gotten a fake ps3break, is there any way to update it since the official one does not work?

First ,Is bootloader in that thing ? Pushbutton? Is there some reaction ,when you press it in your PC ? Is it detect something diffrent then Generic HUB ?
You can try also put into PC with presset button ,and check what was detected .
