PS3 Fat and Psgroove PIC 2550 Problem

Hello,

i am very frustrated. I have flash my PIC 2550 with Psgroove 2.02 and Hermes V4B. I testet with BM Orginal , Open Manager and Gaia Manager.

I ripped the Games on the intern HDD and send it over FTP.

I go on PS3/home_apps , i see the loaded Game when i startet i get the Failure 80010017..

I dont know what to do, i am googleing since 2 days...

Can anyone help me ?

so the game is actually loading into app_home, but when you attempt to launch it gives you the error? just trying to clarify

My PIC ist without BTL, it is necessary ?

Error 80010017 means ,that the game is ripped not correct. Delete it and do it once again.
I have the same situation ,when i try to do it fast ,and rip 4 games one by one. After that only one works , rest have this error. When i done it once again it was ok.

I have formated the PS3, Jailbreak the PS3, and installed Open Manager new...

Now the Playstation is ripping the Game to the HDD, i hope it works!

I tested :

Orginal BD ripped to the external HDD
Copying 2 Games on the External from the PC

Installed the new Gaia Loader,

by 2 Games i get a black screen

and the other Game kicks me everytime back to xmb when i launched out of xmb...

Hey @ all, its imazing!

I have solved my problem, flashed with BTL and pressed the PIC in to the Stick very hard so he clicked in.

Flashed with Hermes and Game runs with Gaia Bum. Thx for help!

Complete noob here but what is BTL. I am having the same problem with two games ov mine. If i use gaia manager it will copy and say the error code 80010017 when loading. If i use backup manager is says invalid eboot file. I am using PSgrooPIC with a PIC18F2550 on firmware 3.41.

BTL = bootloader, i.e. pic with bootloader flashed so i can be programmed with a PC rather than a pic programmer
