what would the best flasher be for my ps3 phaty its on 4.30 model cechk01

I believe you need a progskeet because it can flash both NAND and NOR firmwares. cechk01 has NAND memory.

I've never used a hardware downgrader myself, so I don't have any guide. You should probably read around to be sure a progskeet is what you need.

is there any way to downgrade a ps3 without using a flasher? i don't want to buy one, nor do i want to open up my ps3...
