Hello i heard some rumours about stuff for 3.60.
can someone please explain it to me about those signed pkg's and a nor flash dump? and what it will do>

If they are not posted on the front page of this site, they are most probably fake, do not take these rumors into account, if they are not posted on the front page of this site. Hope that clears it up. Do no especially believe any videos on youtube because they are fake.
