Problem with multiman

Hellooo i just bought ps 3 slim and i`m facing some kind of problem with multiman when i open multiman and i go to games it comes back to xmb menu and then i see game name on dvd drive
is that normal?????or is there any other way to make it run directly from multiman
help me

That's normal, it will show on the disc icon and on app_home. You can direct boot in multiman but compatibility is pretty low.

also the reason it's done that way is because disc games have to be played from the BluRay drive instead of a hard drive. what you're seeing is a simple redirection. It's basically smoke and mirrors to trick your PS3 into playing the games.
