Problem with 18F2550Trainer

I'm a spanish user of ELOTROLADO forum. We have a problem with the file .HEX to PIC18F2550Trainer with Bootloader.

The problem is that when loads the file .HEX of J1M (user of the forum): -posted in the blog of psgroovepic- there resigns the flash of the PIC18F2550Trainer or of the PCB with Bootloader and also the function "gets damaged" bootloader. For which it would be necessary to have a PICKit2 to return to activate it.

You have found a solution for our problem?

And he post the files .HEX to PIC18F2550 with xtal (8Mhz, 16Mhz, etc...). My 18F2550Trainer have a xtal of 8mhz and my 18F2550Trainer have bootloader installed.
In the file .rar, it be a file ''For Boards With Bootloaders Installed'', in this file put this: Offset 0007FF (0x3FF)
And I do not know that, or do not know how it works.
