I won't receive my case in the mail until tomorrow, and seeing how there are some people that are beginning to customize their dev boards with a case, I figured it was about time to create a thread to pimp your case!
I'll post up my pics tomorrow after I get mine!

I got this case:
789-P1A-260906
2.6 x 0.9 x 0.6 WHT
from Mouser Electronics.
Also, the case pictured above is from an old ADSL line splitter that I still had new in a plastic bag! I actually had two of them. It turned out much nicer than I expected.

I looked for a LONG ass time on that site to find that particular case. I'll get it tomorrow and make it up. I'm still pretty stoked on how the ADSL splitter turned out.

I also really like how you made up that box. I saw someone that put theirs in a little ps3 gift card tin from Gamestop I think he said, which was pretty nice.

Hey I made a new atavrplain case With an Altoids container. Had to round the corner of the board just a little but it was easy. Here are some pics.
P.s. If you try this be sure to insulate the bottom of the board. I put on three layers of duct just to be safe. Also make sure the exposed parts of the usb cable does not touch the sides. This case fits great and rounding the corners will not effect the board .

Teensy internal installation
Teensy internal installation –

Hi guys,
I was looking at all the casing mods you made and i thought i could post my idea here too.
I'll be receiving my Teensy boards in 2 days, and I was checking how to do an internal installation inside the PS3 casing (FAT model) , i will solder the wires to the USB port pads on the PS3 motherboard itself, i already opened the Ps3 and checked the soldering points and where the Teensy should be located too, i will also drill the Front panel near the USB port for the Led to go there, and also I'll route the mini-USB port (female) to the back of the PS3 (will make a small opening and fix it there) so I can update the Teensy board with future updates.
From your experience guys (the ones with Teensy boards already running )
could this make any problem if the Teensy is always connected to the USB port of the PS3 ?!? well, testing will tell...
and in case of any problem, i can add a small switch to the Vcc wire powering the Teensy so i can deactivate it when i need to..
Any suggestions regarding this will be very welcome
Roger
