With PSGroove and PSJailBreak we coppy the file off the USB Drive into the game section of the XMB is it possible to to copy it to the video section then play it? You can do so with MLB.TV and Netflix so I don't see why not...

Which leads to my next question could we make a media server and copy the file over to video and play it? This would allow anyone to jailbreak.

It would still probably need a USB but probably just a standard storage one?

Absolutely not!!

If you read the way the PSJailbreak actually works the reason you need a microcontroller and a USB slave is that it simulates a bunch ofdevices disconnecting and connect and executing a buffer overflow to run the unsigned code.

Its not just a simple file to run.
