revised a lot, cleared out about MCLR, bootloader pin related stuff.
Also found this very useful article about how bootloader works, compile bootloader, change bootloader pin, how to compile user application to be compatible with bootloader etc and an alternative to the buggy PDFSUSB, everyone should have a read

made the revised diagram on psgroopic blogspot, flashed UID bootloader to device, then used the 2.6b program to write the 1.4 'patched' hex code to the chip.

    It works

The problem I had was pin 15 was ready to bust off, so it was making contact to everything but the chip. God I hate microchip's! bad memories from the 12C509's we used 2 playstations ago!

So yes! LVP programming requires tie to GND of pin 26 to use bootloader/program!!

Which pin did you short to get into bootloader mode & flash it with 2.6b?

Asuming that you used their bootloader "Bootloader USB HID C18 18F2550Trainer: HEX + SRC"

    Hi,
I have a question. I'm using darkstar's diagram and it works.
I just wanna know which is the pin 13 function?
    Why it takes 5v?
Is it necessary to give pin13 5v?
In other schematics this pin isn't used.

Has someone the source code .c (not the hex) for this schematics or can someone read the source and show me the function?

    Thanks

First don't quote the full image, just name it.
Second the 360 spi usb flasher is not for DIY, only for the people who has it, maybe I didn't make it clear enough.
So don't ask why it has more components than the others.
You can try to read the source code yourself, the source code is there.1
