If you mean after the jailbreak has completed successfully and returned to the XMB, then yes, I do get the same message. Then I unplugged the bit whacker and plugged in my 4gb USB drive with Open Manager, then installed Open Manager. I will test a game out shortly and let you know.
I also would like to apologize for my first post. In my excitement I was not thinking and forgot to thank everybody who has helped bring these great tool's to the PS3 scene.

I have problem reading device with HID Bootloder.
Iīm using PSGrooPIC v1.2 schema with HID Bootloader support.
I can write hex with Bootloader and Jailbreak is working on PS3, but I canīt read device - always get error.
Any suggestions about that problem?
Thanks,

What errors do you encounter?
Do you use PDFSUSB?
Please provide more detail.

Hi guys my 1st post.
can some one please compile hex for a pic18f4550 or 18f2550 - it needs to be compiled for the MCHPUSB bootloader.
currently using "PSGrooPICV1.3_BTL_Firmware.hex" and this is the only one that works, i have tried many hex and no joy.
so please need one for MCHPUSB bootloader

Hey,
I'd like to get a commercial board, i found this one:
This board, based on microcontroller PIC18F2455 of Microchip
The board is provided with the required electronic to be powered from the USB. It is ready to be used with the microchip Pickit 2/3 programmer/debugger by an ICSP connector.
There are total 20 inputs/outputs available to the user. There are two LED's on board (Red/Blue).
The board is delivered with diolan bootloader preprogrammed, in order to avoid the use of a programmer.
* General Characteristics:
o PIC18F2455
o 48MHz CPU
o 32KB Flash ROM
o 256 Bytes EEPROM
o 2KB of RAM
o 20 Digital Inputs/Outputs
o ICSP connector for Pickit 2/3 programmer/debugger
Is it posible to flash PSGrooPIC_V1.7a with bootloader support on it? Or do i need to do something with the cpu?(recompile) Because i read about an 8 or 12 mhz crystal all the time and this one has a 48 mhz cpu(not sure if its a crystal)
Thanks for you're answer!
