    Hey,

    I just got my board today from Tronix this model (http://tinyurl.com/24wr24n)

    * 18f2550
    * 12Mhz Crystal Oscillator
    * MCLR - Not used
    * LED - Port B1
    * MCHPUSB Bootloader - Memory offset for program - 0007FF (0x3FF)

    I followed their tutorial (http://tinyurl.com/2fj9obe) and used zoid's hex file below. I got it showing up as a "generic USB hub", under devices after i had followed the tutorial, but when connected it to my ps3, I hit power then eject and the LED will flash for 1-2 seconds then stop and then comes up with "an unknown usb device has been connected" when the dash has loaded.

    Can someone suggest me anything to do?? Please, I can confirm I had it working once as I have installed Backup Manager v2 and backed up 2 of my games.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    You have to do it fairly quickly, once you get the timing right it works everytime, dont press the switch on the board when you plug it into your ps3 thats where I went wrong. Make sure you've got nothing else usb including controllers plugged in.

    Adding to Zoid's pointers, did you plug the power cable out/switch off the power to the PS3 before trying? This is required everytime.
