patched HEX for TEENSY++ 2.0?

Hey, can anyone post a patched HEX file for TEENSY++ 2.0?
I'm having a lot of trouble on patching myself. I don't even know how to make a HEX file on the windows environment. Thanks!!!!!

Would be glad to help ya, but I don't know if we can post a BM enable file here without a ban. Sorry, if you google it you can find. If the mods here will clarify I would be glad to help, but I know the piracy stuff is off limits here.

I see there are lots of patched HEX file for other chips (or boards), but none for TEENSY++. If we could be banned for asking TEENSY++ 2.0 patched file, why not banning other boards? Is TEENSY++ 2.0 deserved to get banned or simply I can't ask for HEX file?

Don't take it too far, I'm just a noob of USB programing control.
Any help is deeply appreciated!
