I have open manager 2.1-i and I want a nice cover flow theme to put on it with instructions on the screen and all the box art downloadable. Anyone recommend such a thing?

I also have open copy install and cover manager both of which I want to delete. I'm afraid to delete them because one time I deleted some manager and it also deleted ALL my games. Any advice on safely deleting these?
