Newbie help for choosing payload and manager

Im going to purchase a PS3USBJailbreak and I was wondering, what hex should I choose? There are so many to choose from, the same goes for Backup Managers.

All I want to do is play my backups that I will rip from my discs without the disc in (if I can), and the games that have been released for the PS3 so far with little or no issues.

If this question has been asked a billion times before, I apologize.

It is a matter of personal taste, but gaia manager seems to be a very popular choice.
as for payload, well thats up for debate. some people like the hermes payload, others Kakarotos PL3. if i was you i would experiment with the differnt hexes and managers until you find one that works for you. flashing you hex and installing managers is a very quick process to it wont take long.

Yeah Im running Hermesv4b and Im using rogeros. Its pretty much personal taste until we get ONE unified manager.
