I finally have it: Lv2 Patcher/BD Region Changer
If you want to start a thread to info link to go right ahead, but remembered I just combined the two, I don't deserve creator status

I am thinking of posting it in the HOWTO: Change the Region of Your PS3 Blu-ray Drive! (HOWTO: Change the Region of Your PS3 Blu-ray Drive!).

I allready posted it in the Swap X and O thread. Someone there was asking for something like this, too.

As for the list, I will update that a lil' later. I will probably add it like this:

4-21-11 Change PS3 Blu-ray Drive Region | Download | Patch4 | Patch5 | Patch6 | All-Patches+Lv2-Patcher - Change the Region of Your PS3 Blu-ray Drive

It is now New Homebrew - PS3 Collection and New Homebrew- PS3/PC Collection

once you patch you don't have to restart your ps3, it works right away! if you restart your ps3 the bd region is set to standard again.
