My FTP Porblem (Cannot Transfer)

Hi

I have latest "PSGrooPIC Kakarotos PL3 NUS" and installed "Gaia Manager 1.03.1" on my new untouched 250GB ps3(Fw 3.41).

I can connect to host with every ftp program (flashfxp,firezilla,winscp) but when i try to transfer a file or make a dir, i got this error;

[R] MKD /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS..... 
[R] 550 File system error (mkdir EACCESS)
[R] CWD /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30418
[R] 550 File system error (stat ENOENT)
Transfer queue completed (passive mode disabled)

I tried Blackbox FTP 1.02 but still nothing happens. I also noticed that even gaia manager couldn't create the GAMEZ dir in the int-disk because when i get into the ps3's directory list there is no GAMEZ dir in it.

Only Mulitman 1.08's FTp server can start the file transfer but after a while it stops.

What am i doing wrong?

kakaroto's code seems to have many issues. why don't you give hermes v4b a try? i haven't had any problems whatsoever with it.

Thank you man. I have tried hermes v4b with gaia 1.03.1 and everything worked like a charm. I don't understand what makes kakaratos pl3 so special then?

I also have an FTP problem.

When I use blackbox 1.2 and fileZilla, it will not transfer. It just hangs. The only way I can make it transfer with blackbox is to use the old FTP server, start an upload, stop the upload, switch to blackbox, restart the upload with overwrite selected.

I am using hermes 4b, but its done that since the get go.

I spent a couple hours last night trying to figure out why I couldn't FTP into folders under hdd0 (besides 'games') or create any folders under hdd0--which caused backing up or copying games to hdd0 with gaia also impossible. I was using PL3, gaia 1.03.1 and BB FTP 1.2.

I switched to hermes 4b and all was well...

Now, this could be a known fact/issue but I couldn't find any info.

I'm using Blackbox 1.2 with FlashFXP.v4.0.0.1483 and no problems at all. I transfered 150 gb with just one click (tnx to queue function). I tried Filezilla and winscp before but flashfxp gaves the best results.
