    Was wondering if someone can post the latest files for this board since its way too confusing with so many different files posted all over the place.

    1) The Hex file to load on the board
    2) The best Backup Manager

    This is a mini USB development board features a PIC 18F2455 microcontroller.

    Features:

    * Full Speed USB 2.0 (12Mbit/s) interface

    * 1K byte Dual Port RAM + 1K byte GP RAM

    * Full Speed Transceiver

    * 16 Endpoints (IN/OUT)

    * Internal Pull Up resistors (D+/D-)

    * 48 MHz performance (12 MIPS)

    * Pin-to-pin compatible with PIC16C7X5

    This development board gives you the freedom to start with PIC programming with minimal budget.

    The crystal on this board is 12MHz.

    The datasheet of PIC 18F2455 can be found here:
    http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/e...Doc/39632b.pdf

    This is a development board only, no firmwares installed. In order for this board to function, you will need to install your own firmware. This chip has bootloader programmed, thus you can install your own firmware via USB, thus you do NOT need a separate programmer to program the PIC.

    use any hex that matches your crystal.

    that board does not support LED in psgroopic. it is wired to 5V so will always be on.
    PIC based jailbreakers please visit my thread below and please READ. I have spent a few hours now trying to explain everythign as best I can here. You will also find my latest HEX releases there as well.

    Thats cool. Thats helped me a bit.

    I wasnt sure if that hex (which does match my crystal), also did support the Backup Manager.

    Ya the LED is super bright and on all the time. Maybe there is a way to code it. I found some files that say the LED blink but unsure if its compatible for this board. I made a case so I don't see the LED because its so bright

    Does this new release work with this board? (This one is suppose to work without having to use an original game)

    hxxp://psx-scene.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=18429&d=1285113292 but its for a 16mhz

    Also, is there a way to modify the mhz on these hex files since the PIC boards seem similar but only the mhz seem different...
