Integrating a Custom Firmware Homebrew

Hi guys,
I've seen more and more out new custom firmware by other users with personalized themes, sounds and more. (I got it through ps3mfw hips).
But I still remained difficult to understand one thing.
I saw that many have also integrated various homebrew CFW (Multiman, showtime, rebug selector etc etc).
I would like to know if anyone knew how to do?
It would be nice to become part a CFW directly with all my homebrew and then easily install it without reinstalling every time the homebrew.

You have any ideas?

there are currently no tools available to do this, i dont even know if it is possible.

It is quite possible, the CFW varaques, the rebug Venix and that is the most useless CFW in circulation and 'failed to implement such a thing. And I doubt that Victor (author of Venix CFW) is a programmer / developer ... Possible that in a forum where there are people who tinkered with software 100 times a day for PS3 does not know how to do? One way we will definitely.
