Hi, i searched and checked the FAQ but it doesnt quite answer it.
Since the external harddrive is fat32 formatted, is there a program to split ps3 iso's (which i have backed up from discs) so that it can be transferred directly from pc to the HD. Purely for the 100x faster speeds i can get using the non usb port. So that when i boot up backup manager I can play them.

You will need to re-rip the games fro disc using backup manager or they will not work. All the old scene releases have at least one encrypted file after you extract the files from the iso. Backup Manager decrypts everything on the fly.
Also how did you rip the discs to iso yourself? Seems like they are downloaded isos to me. U wasted your time really.
