Hey Illness, none of my backups are working anymore. I think something went wrong somewhere between changing hexes and managers and now my games wont load past the loading screens: Killzone 2, Resistance 2 and now Force Unleashe 2. I would like to reformat my Internal HDD and start from scratch. Is there any way I can download your old hexes that aren't available anymore? My backups were working fine back around the OM 1.6 days but I've changed hexes since then and didn't keep track or any of the files. Please advise. If there is a better way I would appreciate it.

which hex were you using before? and which hex did you try now?

As of right now I've tryed Hermes v4b and PL3 and none of them work for me anymore. I also tryed different managers and no luck. I am guessing something in the file structure got messed up. The first game i noticed to stop working was Killzone 2 then other games. I remember starting with V1.3-CrazyLed-2455-12Mhz-Bootloadable. After that everytime you uploaded a updated hex I flashed it.

thats possible. i couldnt tell ya how to fix it but i imagine it has to do with your game updates/patches/etc.

you need to flash the bootloader first. there are two bootloaders, the picdem bootloader and the usbhid bootloader.

I followed your tut and made a usb jailbreak and it worked (my first time soldering something ) thanks you so much. I tesed it with castlevania game and it work played 4,5 hour, but when I test it with god of war 3, only play about 5 minutes ingame ps3 suddenly crash with blinking red light if I hit power button it come back to solid red hit it again the ps3 turned on like normal, look light YLOD but I don't think it was heat problem because I played agin with castlevania for ten straight hour with no problem, I powered off ps3 for few hour and tested it again with gow3 when I load save it turn off immediately again still blinking red led, does anyone know about this behavier ?, I used Gaia manager, "LEDB145C0-1-iLLNESS-PL3-341-default_pl-753eade44e2eb9fcf2a5-PICDEM.hex" pic 18f2550 with no LVP.
