How to install PSfreedom on iPod touch 1G

I am stuck on this step:


I clicked INSTALL and its been stuck on this screen for over 10mins!

What now?

Iphone 3G 16gb JB RedSnow 3.1.2

yeh need take out the usb cable from iphone before pressing install, so try everthing again this time take out the cable before pressing install

1. Power off iPhone and launch Android from the new boot menu, your iPhone will have loads of text lines appearing, wait for the "INIT" text to appear (the phone is now ready)
2. Connect the iPhone to your PS
3. Flick to power switch (on the back) of the PS3 to off then on.
4 Push the power button (on front of console) and straight after push the eject button.
5. You will notice the text on the iPhone starts scrolling again.
6. Your PS3 should now be booted jailbroken (you should now have 2 folders within the game selection screen)

those instructions are way off

for me its so simple

1: restart iPhone connect ur iPhone to ps3
2: start idroid and soon as lots of INIT text starts scrolling power on and eject on ps3
3: this is the most important bit remove the usb cable from the iPhone as fast as u can when you see six lines or so of text ending with "unregistered unknown device psfreedom"

works for me everytime on my slim

I tried it, but when it tries to load firmware my screen just goes white from the text :S

Any help?

I used my 1G zimage with the 3G img.gz if that maks sense.

So does the new BM work with it? Also to run games you know you have to click App/Home or something, its not the same as the old BM.

Ok so think the iphone psfreedom is installed. Installed backup manager 1.0 and installed ftp manager.
However, when I try to play a game it starts to show the logos and then goes black. Red dead redemption and army of two I've tried and both do this. My brother uses the ti84 method, same backup manager and his works fine.

I think there was a part when I used the auto installer at the beginning to put psfreedom on the iphone it sat there forever but the files are all there and the above installed...

ps3 fat, 3.41 firmware

any thoughts?

I instaleld the new psfreedom on ipone 3g the one that supports no blu ray then installed BM2 but when I choose a game it isnt mount the app_game/ps3_game I still need to put trhe blu ray to play the game but I am able to choose a game without disc inside help pls!
