How to install PSfreedom on iPod touch 1G

Now then, we get to installing openiboot. Plug your iPod touch in with recovery mode (shows up as connect to itunes on your iPod). In VMware, go to the VM tab, go to removable devices, and look for anything saying apple device or iPod. On that, click "Connect (Disconnect from Host)".

open_device: unable to connect to device.

your device must be in recovery mode.

finally got into the ps3 sytem with:

itouch 3.1.2 blackrain ubuntu vmplayer. openioboot
.. luckily

/app_home/ps3_game
starting errot (80028F14)or what it is in english? (i have german dashboard)

install package files
no acces at all

download manager isnstalled via usb additionally... blue icon is now showing my demos

ftp clinet via usb... does not show up at all

followed this guide including ps freedom wiki updates

so i jailbroke the ps3 using the iphone 3.1.2.. and 99% of back up games i have tried dont seem to work... can somebody tell me why?????

Hey guys i didnt understand, It is possible to start the game or not? And how to do this without Backup Manager? All process are done, i have 2 folders, but when i try enter in first folder the error accuired! The Second folder are empty! What the next i must do???

Upd:

Download Back Up Manager, drop it in the root of the memory card, then from Second Folder install this, and then back up my game Midnight Club L.A. in internal HDD and all works fine! The game is work with any disk!
