A good Web Browser would be nice.
Some sort of Battle.net for all the emulators (to play online with each other) would be neat.
Fix the dialog menu that's on all of squarepushers emus (I find the control sensitivity weird, I press down once and it sometimes moves 2-3 games down. Maybe it's just my controllers.).
MythTV ? lol
A bitocoin miner that supports ps3 clustering lol. (Dunno if it's a scam or whatever, just for hobby purposes it would be neat to have).
Quakelive lol
PDF/Ebook reader ? (Is there on yet ?)
Office Suite of some kind.

Some of these sound silly, but you never know when you have to go commando and use your ps3 as a replacement computer :P

I'm thinking for my old fat PS2 hardware compatible PS3. It would be nice to port an emulator like Pcsx2. Same for the PS1. Mainly for cheating. My codebreaker for PS2 works fine, but nothing seems to work for PS1.

Anything that allows me to find and use cheats for PS3, PS2, or PS1 is great.

All kind of emulators, especially Wii GC and N64.
Multiman with an beautiful Windows style GUI and Menu structure

An extremely easy way for every idiot and hyper comfortable person to install linux, like an app that does the hole work automatically.
All time MP3 playback achieved by plugins like on the psp.
And PS3 Game Playback on Linux

I'm aware of the fact that I'm wishing too much

be nice to find out what happened to the dolphin port, and a n64 emu would be great too
also a reverse of the cobra dongle,or better yet wait till fw 2.0 when they add ps2 backups to reverse it

Emulator for all consoles especially ps1 and ps2 and wii
way to get to your games without loading up programs like multiman or rogero

i would be happy with these two lol

i would also like to see some more things that we have on the wii scene implemented
like 1st of all a version of sneek uneek for ps3 ,so we could have a dual boot ofw/cfw
or 3.41cfw/current ofw for psn ,i realize that would require more than just software ,like anew exploit

and also as great as multiman is i would like to see dean try and colaborate with the creator of wiiflow to see if we can get something really fancy like that on the ps3
