help setup ps3 after jailbreak

ok so i follow this {Guide} RockBox + PSGroove for your iPod - UPDATED w/ Hermes Support jailbreak is a sucsess, i see the 2 extra folders under games on ps3, now what do i do there is so much happening so fast i have no clue, i have a few backups on pc hdd that i ripped so would like to try to ftp them to ps3 and play but where do i begin, tia

ok now you just put what ever backup manager you want on a regular usb stick or drive(while jailbroken) then go to install packages on XMB and install!

Then put games in (GAMEZ) on ext hard drive and plugin!

how can i play a backup without a disk in ps3 got latest files for nano 1G

I would go with the latest payload for your nano1g which should have hermes v3 incorporated,i think!

And latest open manager!
