Help please!

Okay so I have gotten my hands on a copy of The King Of Fighters as a test for my 3.41 PS3. I used PSGroove from my iPod. It's jailbroken etc. Basically what I'm asking is....How do I make a folder on my USB stick to play the game?. I have MS XP and it won't let me make a folder with the following symbol / ..How would I go about doing it?
