    I just checked my ps3 file permission, ALL folders and files are on permission 666... is that good? should i change it to something else?

    It sounds to me like Satan has possessed your PS3. Get an exorcist. If something isn't working I would say run the fix permissions application floating around. There are 2 on for PL3 to Hermes and 1 for Hermes to PL3 oddly enough both need to be run with hermes v4b oddly enough.
