FBANEXT link anyone?

Can someone please send me a link to a working version of fbanext for 3.55? I've tried to find it everywhere. Piratebay and other torrent sites have no seeders and multiupload is down and keeps redirecting to the internet vs. hollywood page. I would really appreciate it.

That thing is outdated, use retroarch.

I don't know how... I'm trying to emulate neogeo games and can't get it done. I would however love to use retroarch if you could be so kind as to give me a brief tutorial on how to emulate neo geo games with it. I'm not new to emulation and I have certainly done my research, I just can't find any information pertaining to how to use retroarch with neogeo games. Any help is appreciated.
