FBA corrupted during delete

So I downloaded FBA twice and tried to delete it and both times they failed to delete and now I have these 2 corrupted data files I can't delete, because every time I try to get the error during operation screen. Anyone know of a way to get rid of them?

Get a file manager like comgenie or use multimans and go to the /games folder. It either says FBAxxx or will be a bles/blusxxxx, im not sure what code it is i could tell you once i go home but if you find out before i do you can permanently delete it using a file manager and wont have any errors.

I've tried that in both Comgenie's file manager and via FTP. I don't have any FBA folders anymore, but instead I have these _DEL_201102100293400003670 folders that I assume are the FBA folders that corrupted while I tried to delete them, but those won't delete either. Every time I try nothing happens.
