There is a pkg that allows you to enter in service mode after being runned on your ps3. There are two versions signed and unsigned. I´m not sure which one will work with rogero but try with both versions. The ps3 should bip once. When I used it, the first time didnt work but I tried again and it worked.

ive never known any ps3 that could run a pkg without a married bluray logic board. :0are you somehow magic?to the OP, you will need a better way to enter fsm, or you are not doing it right with the psp jig.i would lean more towards.... its the psp jig because its hit or miss with those 90% of the time.get a e3 card reader from modchipcentral.com they have fast shipping and legit products.

shutdown your ps3 completely using the switch on the back if you have a fat model or unplugged it if you have ps3 slim. Then copy the Lv2Diag.self file in a usb stick and plug it in the closest usb port to the ps3 drive. Turn on the console and this is gonna shut down a few seconds later. Remove the usb stick, turn your console and you ll be fine.

I followed these steps. First, I ran the factory service mode pkg with the broken blueray drive STILL on the console. So the PS3 now it is on factory service mode. Then, i opened up the console, changed the drive for the new one. Finally, I put the usb stick with the remarry software, switched on the console, the new drive was remarried and that`s all.

I have tried running the factory service mode tool package on my system in which the blu ray drive is not married to the mother board. It keeps going to black screen and just sits there. I have tried both versions of the tool one for CEX and DEX but they both do the same thing straight to black screen. What am I doing wrong I am running Rogero CFW 3.55 v3.6 PS3MFW blu ray drive bypass. Some one help
