EBOOT.ELF modification problems –
So I open up my EBOOT.ELF, there are 3 dev_bdvd in the file, so I change them to dev_hdd0. Am I suppose to change all the instances or just one specific location? Okay, doesn't matter I changed one or three, I still change the bytes(size) of the EBOOT.ELF. How do I change dev_bdvd to dev_hdd0 without changing the size? Well that question is not legit, what I meant is what to add or delete so the file has the same size. If you need more information on it, please ask.
PS. I been trying to make 2k11 and 2k10 work, but I keep getting Error 80010007
OMFG!!! Dude, i have been trying all day! i still cant get it!
You must ensure your hex editor is in overwrite mode otherwise any modification will change the file size.
Use HxD, it will overwrite by default and will alert you as soon as you make any change that will change filesize.
