DOStoPS3 and BAT files

Evening All,
Just started playing with DOStoPS3 and dug out my old Warcraft and Warcraft 2 games.
The problem i'm having is the NoCD fix for WC2 involves starting the game using a batch
file instead of the .exe
DOStoPS3 will only let me select and EXE as the games file, is there anyway around this?

instead of clicking browse, type out the path to the bat file where it says "Locate the DOS game's exe"

my bad...i should've included bat with the exe filter, oh well, next time will do
