1) Can you use dev_blind and OpenPS3FTP on a MAC?
2) Are Both Pkg files suppose to be installed on PS3
3) What get's installed on PC or even better MAC

dev blind is just a pkg that mounts the flash.... yes you have to have both installed. yes you can install mac. filezilla would be installed
you use ftp...

1) yes
2) yes
3) any ftp client

actually, openps3ftp is just a ftp server that runs in your PS3. its mount any possible mount point in your ps3 for ftp server.
