clone with ATMEGA16A AU102B chip can flash?

Hi! All. I juz check the chip in my clone. Its the above chip set. Is it possible to reflash it? How do I do it?

Ps3 Stinger has this same chip you can check the upgrade program to see if it works for you PS3 Stinger
Neojailbreak too had a similar chip in their product but now produce neojailbreak 2 which I believe is a different chip check it out too here NEO Jailbreak-Official site
