which cfw is really safe?

I'm on kmeaw 3.55 now and I have no big problems but I have the ps3 disconnected from the internet since I received the famous email from Sony that demanded me to uninstall the pirated software that they have found on my console

Now I want to reconnect (not psn) I'm forced to change CFW or is there a way to install a privacy patch on kmeaw ? which CFW otherwise reflects my needs in a better way? thank you very much

I've never disconnected my PS3 (yes I got the letter) and I've had pretty close to all the CFWs installed. yes I believe you can use PS3MFW Builder to privacy patch KMEAW, but if your going to use PS3MFW Builder might as well add all the patches (KMEAW's missing some) to OFW and make your own CFW/MFW
