Can't Install PKG's

I'm having a weird problem. I loaded a bunch of PKG files onto a flash drive and tried to install them on my PS3 under the "install package files" option but nothing pops up in the side menu when i click on it. All of the files are clearly viewable on my PC. Any ideas? I've tried a few flash drives an an external HDD, all FAT32 formatted.

Are they on the root of the flashdrive?

Got it. Formatted another flash drive back to zero and the PS3 read it. Mods can delete this topic.
