I'm using a 360 NAND Flasher for my PSGroove but my model number is PIC18F2550. I don't think it makes a difference though. Just follow that guide, that's exactly what I did to get myself up and running 1 and a half weeks ago.

Have you changed the jumper to put it into flash mode?

Yes i did. Tried with jumper and without but there are problems with the drivers. If i plug in my nand flasher into my notebook it recognize it and shows me the message that there arent any drivers. Then i tried to install them manual but doesnt work to..... Now i wanna try it with windows xp before i used win7....

    Thats my flasher

Flashed a lot of xboxes before so it should work

Luckily for me I didn't have to mess around with jumpers or anything. My one has a little button. If I keep it held down it's in bootloader mode. I basically had to keep that button pressed throughout the whole process. Installing the drivers and then flashing the board. If I didn't have it in bootloader mode it wouldn't recognise the device correctly and the drivers wouldn't install.

lol now i know where the problem was.... It was my crappy usb cable. At least i used my qualitiy cable and it works such fine^^No ive got installed the driver

But what is the newest file to flash my pic?

Hmm at the moment im such a bit confused. One guy says there is a file which overwrite the bootloader and one file that doesnt do it. And then there a different files which one do i have concvrete?
