Nobody knows yet. Sony has not banned anyone. Playing online with backups is at your own risk.

Again no one knows yet. If you delete the backup manager.. I would guess you are pretty safe.

If you have any games or the backup manager itself on the internal hard drive I would say there are ways to detect it if Sony wanted too.

If I wanted a sense of security I would only use an external drive and delete the backup manager before connecting to PSN.
