BD type to play backups?

well the thing is i wanna know if the bd which has to be put in the console to make works the new backups manager has to be a ps3 game? or can it be any disc (even a virgin bd)? maybe the question is stupid, but i don't know cause i'm going to buy the ps3 to install it the cfw and in all posts says that a disc has to be inserted to play backups but not says the type of the disc..

It needs to be a PS3 game disk. It can be a demo or any cheap, old sports game, or anything you've got. But, it has to be a PS3 game disk.

thanks for the answer,, i'm from argentina and all the games are very expensive, including old sports game.. but there is a cheap ps3 bd of 25 demos,, will this work?

you are missing something cause i don't have any originals, i'm going to buy the ps3 slim now (and it came without any disc) because the cfw release is working, was imposible to me before cause the games in my country are very much expensive with the taxes for importing them.. so i want to buy the most cheap disc that works to play backups with the kmeaw's cfw..
