I'd say that's just a crappy UI thrown together using AppInventor. That dude is years off and knows SFA about programming for android.

Netkze is a scammer looking for donations. That's a crap GUI made by app inventor and nothing will ever come of it. To do something like this on Android you'd need a custom kernel, a userspace app alone is not enough.

If people are showing off GUIs, then they are not genuine. What idiot would make a GUI before actually getting the thing finished?
