So I am trying to get the netflix app from psn and I'm on 3.41. Tried spoofing to 3.5, the spoofing worked but I realized the latest version is now 3.55. Is there anyway to spoof this or obtain discless access to netflix otherwise?

you can use netflix through playon or tversity
Playon is a trial though, it seems very cool. It's an Oldschool Timelock (setting the date back 2 days gets you 2 more days to use it) but it's such a pain.
I forgot about tversity Im gonna give that a shot as well.

then we can restore 3.55 HDD backup on 3.41 HDD LoL
It wouldn't work. The spoof was just an extra security precaution for PSN. It did have the side effect of not asking you to update your firmware to 3.50 if a firmware was found on a disk, but that's about it.
Sorry, you're pretty much out of luck.
