havent tried any patch installs yet tho. also i dont have the correct led.h file so the LED doesnt work =\

this seems to work for some games but im having problems with modnation racers and uncharted 2. both freeze on xmb when launching both in disc mode and without. freezes when the stars fade.

other games ive installed updates to are

super street fighter 4
killzone 2
god of war 3
uncharted drakes fortune
modern warefare 1


anyone know why uncharted 2 wouldnt?

I just modified the source linked on the first post of this thread.

Also, the LEDs.h you posted is the LUFA one, unmodified, and it doesn't work for Teensy2.0.

You saying you were able to update all those before, and then switched to this hex? Why would you switch if everything was working?

im guessing these are 2 games that may require a different patch from what ive been reading in the other thread no dramas though as long as theres two hex's im ok. be btter if there was one but thats good enough for now

ahh i see how you see it.

i was on the rancid hex. but its not a xplain hex. sorrow made the xplain hex way back when this jailbreak began. so switched to his coz i know his work.

We need to know what games update and what games have problems with using the rancid update fix hex which is here - 2shared - download Hermes_V3+Patch_Waninkoko+Fix_Update_Math+Fix_Upda te_Hermes-by_ps3ita.rar

And then use my hex thats in this thread and see what games update and what don't.

So far.

Fifa 11 - Updates with this hex doesnt with rancid hex.
Modnations and Uncharted 2 doesnt update with this hex but updates with rancid hex

Yeah, but I think if I have both of them in together it will conflict, so either only one will function or something.

But I will try it .
