    Does it matter which one i get? I'm buying it new. I know some cant be downgraded. Does that matter? Should I go for one that can be downgraded?

    it doesnt . as long as it wont be on 3.56 you can downgrade it. but i dont think that there is many ps3s with ofw 3.56 in shops . and its all up to u if u wanna downgade it
