What happened to graf?

Hey I hadn't heard anything in awhile, I was wondering if anyone had any updates on Graf_Chokolo's case? Did he get stuck in jail for 6 months or is he finally just laying low?

Even I wanted to ask the same question - there's currently nothing mentioned about him since Sony screwing him over

well his website is working for me again, his last comment was from may 15th, he says no news yet, just paying court fees.

. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have gotten my linux back and got to explore the uncharted regions of the ps3. Learned alot about the underlying stuff that most people wouldn't have cared for and created stuff people dreamed of. Hope everything is well, you win your case and get out financially unharmed.

As for sony and other companies who infringe on free information, F*** U

Is something different in this case though, presumably the country in which he's being prosecuted ? Remember when GH was going through his court case.....all the files that were posted with the proceedings the notes of the court actions etc etc, why none of this with Graf's court case ?

What did happen to FOF? I thought I saw they got sued by Sony but no 'news' ever came out of that. . . .

they were included in geohot case but were never served
