Why not get one off ebay, and get someone to downgrade for you, if you do not know what to do. Jailbroken ps3 are selling for quite alot.

Im selling a ps3 for $275 plus shipping, it comes with a custom LED controller and has 3.15 installed, its a phat model thats backwards compatible.
