Video of Ferrox PS3 ISO loader: for real?

We're not sure if this is real, but if you experienced homebrewers and hackers out in internet land know what to make of this, we'd certainly like your opinion. There is now a video circulating of what looks like a PS3 ISO loader known as Ferrox v1.0.

Now, if this video is to be believed, it's running Ridge Racer 7without any problems. Strangely enough, this doesn't actually look like the Paradox thing being beta tested, so we're a bit curious, especially since they say at the end that it works with all firmware versions. What is Naoneo's YouTube video all about then?

If you happen to have the definitive word, and can back it up with info, let us know!

Funny, i never thought of that but it seems like a much better idea than a modified firmware.
Run a homebrew as other os option.
Of course it should work since official HDD games already do. Looks like a very simple interface prolly based off the default ps3 os one.
If only we had more details and/or some released homebrew to work with.
My ps3 has not done much but collect dust.
