hi ppl, sorry for my bad english, its not my main language =P

I want to upgrade My ps3 slim HDD, its 120gb and i want to use my notebook's 500gb HDD..

my ps3 slim is a CECH 2001A, the very first Slim model...it was on OFW 4.25 but last week i brought a E3 Flasher and then i downgraded it to the OFW 3.55, then i installed the ROGERO 4.30 v2.03..

my question is, what steps i must follow to change my ps3 HDD? i was seeing some tutorials and they said the ps3 will ask for the update file, can i use the rogero 4.30 v2.03 PUP?

can i use this 120gb HDD that came with my ps3 on my notebook?

thanks in advance, and again sorry for my bad english

To be safe I would go back to 3.55 to do the hard drive upgrade. This is because it will ask you to reinstall the firmware when you put in the new drive.
